  • Recovery after knee injury

Hey everyone, I recently injured my knee while playing badminton, and my recovery has been slow. I have followed my doctor’s advice, doing some physical therapy, and trying to stay positive, but the regeneration process is slow and is a challenge. My final goal is to get back to playing badminton and football, but now, my knee is still weak and stiff. I wear a knee brace for extra confidence when I try to do some harder physical activity.

Does anyone have any tips or exercises that helped them increase mobility and speed up regeneration after a knee injury? Any advice on how to safely return to sports would be appreciated very much!

I can totally relate! I injured my knee last year while running, and it took a lot of patience and persistence to get back to my routine. In addition to physical therapy, I found that using a stationa

I’ve been doing some strengthening exercises during physical therapy sessions, but I will definitely try to focus more on my quads and hamstrings. I have not yet tried swimming but this sounds a ver
