    Hello everyone! I’m 32 years old, a graphic designer, and a mother who has been battling persistent shoulder and neck strain for some time. I’ve been reading lately about the use of mindfulness techniques to reduce physical discomfort, such as body scans, breathing exercises, and basic meditation. I’ve experimented with a few applications and instructional videos, but I’m still learning what works best when the pain flares up.

    Has anyone here managed abrupt discomfort or chronic aches with mindfulness techniques? Which techniques or advice have you actually found useful—or not? Your real-world experiences, favourite resources, or even encouraging words would be greatly appreciated. In advance, thank you! 😊
