Problematic Knee – Effective Workout For Strengthening Knee and Whole Body and with knee pain relief potential
After an energetic night of dancing on New Year’s Eve 2023, I began a more intensive workout routine the very next day. Unfortunately, this led to significant knee pain and swelling, making it difficult to walk. Like many who regularly engage in sports, I found this limitation extremely frustrating. Despite trying various recommendations from YouTube, nothing provided lasting relief.
My issue was mainly inner knee pain.
The biggest relief I had after workout with a circle resistance band.

In my quest for a solution, I discovered the benefits of using a circle resistance band. Incorporating this simple tool into my daily routine for just 10-15 minutes has made a remarkable difference. This workout not only alleviates knee pain but also strengthens the knee and entire body. Here’s the routine I developed, which has been highly effective:
Equipment:
- Two circle resistance bands
Steps:
1. Preparation:
- Lie down on your back.
- Place one circle band around both legs, just below the knees.
- Place the second circle band around both arms, just below the elbows.
2. Exercise:
- Start by pushing your legs and arms outward against the resistance of the bands.
- Simultaneously, move your lower extremities from the ground towards your head and back down, while following this motion with your upper extremities.
- Focus on stretching both bands to the sides while incorporating the up-and-down movement of your limbs.
Throughout this workout, reassure yourself on stretching the band under your knees. In my case I found this workout so helpful. This provides me in a very short time with possibility to start again my jogging and dancing. This simple yet effective routine has not only strengthened my knees but returning me back to my regular jogging and dancing.
