My Grandma’s Soothing Cough Remedy: Warm Garlic Milk
Ingredients:
- 1 glass of warm milk
- 2 cloves of garlic, grated
- Butter or ghee (clarified butter)
Instructions:
- Warm a glass of milk until it’s comfortably warm to drink.
- Grate two cloves of garlic finely.
- Add the grated garlic into the warm milk.
- If you can, you can also add a small amount of butter or ghee, it is helpful
- Mix well until the garlic is well incorporated.
