It’s important to remember that you’re not alone in this, and there’s no shame in seeking support. What I did (I ended up doing one round of IVF) is taking 3 months before prenatal vitamins, but in my experience, it was better to buy the different PARTS contained in one pill and get them as separate vitamins. The grams are usually too low to really do something, so it is better to make the dosage higher this way. For example: daily at least 400mg of folic acid is very important if nothing else! That is something my husband helped with, as he was really into this kind of stuff.
