I take supplements, but you can also find these in foods like leafy greens, nuts, and dairy. Regular exercise, even just a daily walk, has also made a big difference in managing my cramps and mood swings. I know that during the peak days of PMS it is hard to move or get to do anything somethimes, but try it for a few mminutes and hopefully that will show if its the right way to go.
