        Drowning in options? I envy you to be honest. In Czechia, where I live, the situation is the opposite! In some cities it is very hard to find someone immediately, especially if the therapist is good.

In some cities it is very hard to find someone immediately, especially if the therapist is good. And for child psychologists you must wait for 6 months! So location is maybe a good factor to have, but where I live sometimes you have to go a long way. In my opinion the most important thing is definitely compatibility, even a therapist is a human with their own preferences and a certain style. If that does not suit you, you just have to look for someone else who you feel understands you better. For that you have to really listen to your inner voice, what is it telling you.

          For a simple meal I roast vegetables and chicken thighs in a pan. Toss your favorite vegetables in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast them in one pan for 10-15 minutes. You can do the same with seasoned chicken breasts in another pan to make it quicker. Or you can try it all cooked in one pan, it should have more flavor this way. To make it even quicker, I use cut pieces of frozen vegetables so you don’t need to prep them at toss them right in the pan.

            Hi! It really depends on what stage the rheumatism is in. But a good alternative that I heard of is Boswellia supplements. It is very good as an antiiflammatory remedy for joints. Also I would try to take more vitamin D (it is very often low) and Omega-3 (at least 1g per day). Hydrotherapy practices (warm/cold wraps or showers of the area can reduce pain as well. For reducing the progression I read that yoga (or tai-chi) is a good therapy. Hope it helps!

                43I like to use oat milk more, it is maybe less creamy, but for me it complements the rest of the overnight oats better. But of course use any milk, just a suggestion from me.
