      I’ve been through something similar with a knee injury I got from football. One thing that really helped me was focusing on strengthening the muscles around the knee, especially the quads and hamstrings. Exercises like leg lifts, wall sits, and gentle squats can make a big difference. Swimming was also a great low-impact exercise that helped improve my mobility without putting too much strain on my knee. But I am guessing you did something like that with your therapist.

But it is still possible, you ust have to be more patient.

          I hear you. Bro splits can be effective for some, but they might not optimize muscle growth for everyone. Have you considered trying a different split, like push-pull-legs or an upper-lower split?
