Those symptoms look a lot like PMDD (pre menstrual dymorphia dysorder). Dont worry, it’s not something bad, just a different kind of PMS that can be treated, just a little differently. Maybe it is not, so please dont be allarmed, I just wanted you to know that something like this exists and maybe try to find out.
