Hello everyone! I’m 32 years old, a graphic designer, and a mother who has been battling persistent shoulder and neck strain for some time. I’ve been reading lately about the use of mindfulness techniques to reduce physical discomfort, such as body scans, breathing exercises, and basic meditation. I’ve experimented with a few applications and instructional videos, but I’m still learning what works best when the pain flares up.
