Hey everyone, I’ve been on a quest for the right therapist recently, and it’s been a journey! At first, I felt like I was drowning in options. Getting recommendations from friends who’ve had positive experiences with therapy helped along with getting to know what to look for in a therapist. It really narrowed down the search and made me feel more confident about my choices. How about you guys? Any tips to share?
