• Increasing fertility

Hey everyone. I wanted to open up about something that has been worrying me lately. My partner and I have been trying to conceive for over a year now, and it has been a very difficult journey. Each month, we hope and pray for a positive pregnancy test, but always there has been disappointment. It has been emotionally exhausting, and I am starting to feel there may be something wrong with me. I know fertility problems are common, but it I keep feeling we are failing in some way. We have talked to a fertility specialist, and while IVF is an option, I don’t want to do that yet. I wonder if any of you have had the same experiences or have any advice on natural ways to boost fertility. I have tried things like tracking my ovulation and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, but nothing seems to work. Oh and we already did a sperm motility and count test for my partner and we got good results. There is a little lower number but nothing serious according to doctors. Any suggestions or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

In my culture, we have some traditional remedies for fertility. Have you explored any alternative therapies?

I haven’t really looked into alternative therapies, but I’m open to anything. Can you make any any recommendations?

That is interesting suggestion. We have not talked about counseling, I di not think about it as a option for now.

Thank you all for all your words and suggestions. It is good to know that there are other things I can try before I decide on IVF.

I know it can be hard to navigate fertility issues. One thing that helped me alongside vitamins when I was trying to conceive was acupuncture. Maybe you should consider this as a complementary therapy
